Finding your identity as artist

Jaime “Germs” Zacarias was born in 1981 in South Central LA and always showed a penchant for doodling. But he wasn’t sure if being an “Artist” was for him.

Luckily, some run-ins with the law when he was younger (“nothing major”) prevented him from getting employment beyond the dead end job circuit... “I figured as an artist you get control of your own destiny,” Germs says.
