In her new book Emotional Freedom, she includes a 3-minute mini meditation that people can use at a party, for example, if they are feeling anxious: they can get away from others and do this short meditation to calm themselves.

    I am curious. Have you tried any of Dr. Orloff’s techniques for relieving anxiety?

      Yes, meditation. Not her 3-minute version, but some longer mindfulness meditations. Definitely helps stabilize awareness and emotions.
