How many times have you set your self a goal to achieve something you've never achieved before; you've been highly motivated and really excited at first but in short time, you find you give up or quit? There is a small almond shaped organ in your brain called the Amygdala, which must share some of the blame. The Amygdala is a small almond shaped set of nuclei that sits in the brain. Its job is to send out certain chemicals to the body when needed, that cause you to feel fear, anxiety, doubt and even depression. You may be wondering why on earth Mother Nature would equip us with such an organ; let me explain.

When someone declares something at a conscious level but believes the opposite at the sub conscious level, the belief will always win. For example, after attending a seminar on wealth creation you declare you’re going to become wealthy, but at the sub conscious level you are saying ‘but I could never do that, I have always been broke, I’m not smart enough….’, and as such, you’ll stay the way you are.

A few years ago my parents won the state lottery, to the tune of over $500,000. After 4 short years they were bankrupt...Seeing this whole event take place before my eyes was heartbreaking. I became interested in learning more about the mind after I found out that this phenomenon occurs to over 90% of lottery winners. ... You have a self image buried at the sub conscious level and everything that has happened to you now and has happened to you in the past is in direct relation to your self-image.
