As many of you know, positive habits can be created with the help of habit triggers. What are habit triggers? Here is a definition from "The Power of Positive Habits" book. Habit triggers -- External stimuli that help to trigger a habit action. Habit triggers can be almost anything: a word, music, a time of day, eating, an object, even another positive habit.

Our character, health and virtually every aspect of our lives are indeed determined by our habits. Bad habits get all the press.
