What is EFT? I
hope this doesn't sound too grandiose, but I've been doing energy
healing work since 1991 and my jaw still drops at the results. I've
lost count of the number of phobias, panic/anxiety attacks, traumatic
memories, guilt, grief and physical ailments that have been elegantly
relieved by this procedure.
Even though EFT violates just about every
conventional belief out there, the results remain remarkable. EFT isn't
perfect, of course. We don't get 100%. But it usually works well and
the results are sometimes spectacular. It often works where nothing
else will." Gary

tranquility
and improved brain
function using Holosync technology
As
we slow the brain wave patterns from beta to alpha to theta to delta,
there is a corresponding increase in balance between the two
hemispheres of the brain.
This more balanced brain state is
called brain synchrony, or brain synchronization. This balancing
phenomenon was noted in early EEG studies of experienced meditators in
the 1970s. ... various mental abilities and experiences are induced
naturally in these different brain wave patterns, and many of these
abilities and experiences are quite remarkable.
Robert Monroe of
the Monroe Institute reported that inducing brain wave patterns through
the creation of binaural beats in the brain caused a wide range of
effects, including "focusing of attention, suggestibility, problem
solving, creativity, memory, and learning... sleep induction, pain
control... and enhanced learning..." (13).
Other scientists have
noted
that
these slower brain wave patterns are accompanied by deep tranquility,
flashes of creative insight, euphoria, intensely focused attention, and
enhanced learning abilities.
Dr. Lester Fehmi, director of the
Princeton Biofeedback Research Institute, has said that hemispheric
synchronization represents "the maximum efficiency of information
transport through the whole brain... you tend to feel more unified with
the experience... and the scope of your
awareness is widened a great deal, so that you’re including many more
experiences at the same time... you function more intuitively." (14)

testimonial:
"At
first I was skeptical, however I gave it my best effort. My first real
indication of change was my journal entry. I have been keeping a
journal regularly for sometime and normally my thoughts are negative.
However after a couple of days of listening I noticed that my entries
became positive. I was writing encouraging and uplifting words to
myself. I have never gotten up in the morning and felt that happy and
say those happy things. Listening every day continues to keep me in
good spirits all day long. Even when my day is stressful I can still
manage to keep my smile and composure.”

I interviewed the top Doctors and

such prestigious institutions as Harvard Medical School, New England

I researched the top books and scientific
references on Success, Motivation, Self-Esteem and Relationships.
I was in search
of valuable information that could easily be "actionized" into a new
permanent habit, routine or thought pattern in your life.
I knew that this
program would dramatically change lives because it was deeply rooted in
the proven science of cognitive re-structuring. ...

Repich - Director,
National Institute of
Anxiety & Stress
Have you ever
added up how much time and energy you spend each day feeling
anxious?
Is
it an hour a day? Fours hours? Ten hours? More? Let's say you feel
anxious
four hours a day... 4 hours x 30 days = 120 hours a month
That's
three entire work weeks each month wasted feeling anxious! That's 1440
hours a year!
How
about if you feel anxious 10 hours a day? 10 hrs a day x 30 days = 300
hours a month 300 hours x 12 months = 3600 hours a year - That's FIVE
FULL
MONTHS per year!
It
takes a lot of energy to feel anxious that much. No wonder you feel
exhausted,
fatigued, and drained!
Anxiety
not only robs you of the time you actually spend feeling anxious. It
robs
your energy ALL day long!
Why?
Anxiety
triggers your body's stress response (also known as the fight or flight
response). In addition to the energy
wasted
feeling anxious, your body ends up spending much of its precious energy
helping you to recover each time from your anxiety "hangover."
This
can lead to an almost constant state of fatigue and
exhaustion.
So
what do you do? Take action. Now.
My
friend, you'll find that learning how to conquer your anxiety using the
techniques in our Conquer Anxiety
Success
Program GIVES you energy.

.. Freeze-Framer
- from the Institute of HeartMath
The
Freeze-Framer® is a simple, easy to use interactive software
program that displays your heart rhythms and shows you how stress may
be affecting you.
Much more than
a heart monitor this revolutionary technology will help you transform
stress and anxiety into free energy for personal and professional
effectiveness.
Quickly and
easily install the software, plug in the sensor and start to have fun
with this new and unique interactive ability to see and control your
body's most powerful system--the heart.
The
Freeze-Framer has been designed to prevent, manage and reverse the
effects of stress.
..
..
Using
our fingertip pulse sensor that plugs into
the serial port of your computer you can watch in real time how
thoughts and emotions affect your heart and autonomic nervous
system.
You will learn how to intentionally shift to a
positive emotional state and will be able to see the changes in your
heart rhythms immediately on your computer screen.
These shifts in
your heart rhythms create a favorable cascade of neural, hormonal and
biochemical events that benefit the entire body and mind.
Blood pressure
drops. Stress hormones plummet. The immune system pumps up. Anti-aging
hormones increase. You gain clarity, calmness and control. The effects
are both immediate and long lasting.
The Institute
of HeartMath has taught these techniques to a variety of clients: from
Motorola and Royal Dutch Shell corporations to the California
Department of Justice and schools and hospitals. They have detailed
research on the physiological and psychological benefits.
Mr. Rummel cites an example of what
happened when
HeartMath tools were taught in a Florida school.
"In Dade
County, they were teaching kids in schools the techniques. There were
dramatic changes, especially in difficult kids.
"After the
training, when youths would try to pick fights with others, the
children would not buy into it. The reaction was 'You're angry, but
it's not about me,' and they'd walk away."
"The tools,"
Mr. Rummel said, "shift you out of reactive thoughts. You go to
neutral. It hooks you up to intuitive awareness."

Often in our
society, we are bombarded with the lives of celebrities. We can end up
feeling that if we are not part of the rich and famous, our lives are
insignificant.
Our society also sends a message of competition
and achievement. We watch sports, we always hear about profit and the
bottom line being the dollar, we see large companies competing and
constantly buying each other out.
The result
often is that we are taught to see how well we are doing, in terms of
how pretty we are, how bright we are, what kind of house we have, how
well we do in sports, what rewards we receive.
However, in
reality, these are external measures.
Each of us needs to develop a
sense of self-worth, a capacity for positive self-regard that comes
from within.

Omega oils are
essential fatty acids (EFAs). EFAs are "good fats." They are vital in
maintaining physical AND mental health. These polyunsaturated fats are
involved in developing and maintaining the cells, the nerves, immune
functions, energy production, inflammatory responses, and even mood.
With its higher
dose of EPA [one of the essential fatty acids], I find this formula -
Ultimate Omega EPA - especially helpful in maintaining my freedom from
anxiety. ... Some experts estimate that Americans consume less than 15%
of the amount of omega-3 needed for optimal functioning!

Mastering
Stress Psychology
Today: Is computer-assisted therapy going to change the future of
psychology?
Roger
Gould: "I see it as something that's going
to be parallel, alongside therapy. ... To be happy, you have to have a
good personal life, a good work life and your health. If any of those
things aren't working well, you have to make modifications to them. This
is a 10-session program that explores in very fine detail each person's
specific problem. It's
what therapists do over a long period of time, but the computer does it
systematically. It's a way of taking the art form of psychotherapy and
making it an educational program... It sharpens your thinking and
improves
your development. But it's work. It's not a
pill."
